- Review proposals, plats, drainage reports, and traffic studies to ensure compliance, quality, and constructability
- Provide technical expertise related to permitting, floodplain management, and regulatory requirements
- Support procurement activities by developing clear scopes of work, technical drawings, and specifications
- Participate in fieldwork, site investigations, and construction oversight to ensure project success and schedule adherence
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated project solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development initiatives
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination as needed
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in EPC or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of civil codes, infrastructure design, permitting, and construction practices
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
