At Waggin' Tails Doggie Dude Ranch & Pet Lodge, we're a team that leads with compassion, connection, and care. As a full-service animal care facility offering daycare, training, lodging, and grooming, and connected to Fitchburg Veterinary Hospital for on-site veterinary support, we're proud to deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every guest and their person. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, full-time or part-time, to bring warmth, efficiency, and energy to our front desk.
What You'll Do
  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism, in person and over the phone
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, keeping the day running smoothly
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update charts in our digital systems
  • Answer client questions with clarity and calm, especially when pet parents are stressed
  • Process payments and handle day-to-day front-desk administrative tasks
  • Coordinate between clients and the clinical team so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Help create a five-star experience from the first phone call to the final tail wag

What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary or pet care setting
  • A people person who loves creating great client experiences
  • Organized and detail-obsessed, comfortable juggling appointments, records, and communication
  • A calm, kind multitasker who stays cool during the busiest moments
  • Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital systems and client records
  • A clear, compassionate communicator, especially under pressure
  • Eager to grow in a facility that invests in training and team culture

Schedule
  • Full-time or part-time
  • Flexible shift, 4 to 10 hour shifts
  • Rotating weekends
  • No holiday shifts required

Compensation
Starting pay for this position is $16/hour, based on experience, skills, and credentials. Final pay will be determined during the hiring process.
