Our Service BDC Representatives are the virtual point of contact for Zimbrick customers needing assistance with their vehicle: from education on feature operation, maintenance and repairs, to appointments, follow up, deferred service and issue resolution. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
What You Will Do
Provide exceptional service and customer interaction through an Omni-channel solution (phone calls, emails, chat, SMS/text).
Utilizing strong listening/comprehension and interpersonal skills, you will assess the customer's needs, document vehicle concerns/symptoms and determine the best servicing solution, all with a customer-centric focus.
Document customer concerns, determine if a virtual or in person solution is required, execute the solution with our service teams.
Guide customers through the vehicle service process by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously.
Resolve customers' challenges with the best solutions by using all resources. Understanding the range of products and services available to offer guests options tailored specifically to meet their automotive needs.

Requirements:
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Monday - Friday with 1 Saturday every other month.
Shifts Needed: Looking for someone that can be flexible from the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM and fill in where is needed.
This is not a remote role. We are looking to a candidate that would work for our Fish Hatchery Road Campus in Madison, WI.
