Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Server / Bottle Service Server to join our nightclub team! This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, energetic, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced nightlife environment. You will be responsible for providing an elevated and attentive experience to guests, particularly VIP and bottle-service customers.
As a Cocktail Server, you will greet and engage guests, take and serve drink orders, deliver bottle service, maintain your assigned tables or sections, and ensure guests receive prompt and attentive service throughout the night. You will build relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, promote bottle service and premium offerings, and help create an exciting and welcoming atmosphere.
The ideal candidate is confident, personable, polished, and comfortable interacting with guests in a high-energy nightclub setting. Strong sales and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain professional and composed during busy service are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working late nights, weekends, and high-volume events.
Previous nightclub, cocktail serving, bottle service, VIP hosting, or high-volume restaurant experience is strongly preferred. A strong ability to upsell, create repeat clientele, and provide exceptional guest service is a major plus.
Responsibilities: 
  • Provide attentive, high-energy service to guests in a fast-paced nightclub and restaurant environment.
  • Manage an assigned section, including VIP tables and bottle-service guests, while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
  • Take and accurately process food, cocktail, and bottle-service orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
  • Promote and upsell bottle service, premium spirits, specialty cocktails, and other offerings to maximize sales.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and provide a VIP-level experience that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, hosts, runners, security, and management to ensure smooth service during high-volume periods.
  • Follow all responsible alcohol service, ID verification, cash-handling, safety, and nightclub policies while maintaining a clean and organized service area.
Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience as a server is preferred
