Job Description:

The VIP Lounge Server is responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and for ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

                                                                                         

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Taking guest orders for food and drinks.
  • Must adhere to beverage control procedures and state liquor laws.
  • Must undergo TIPS training on an ongoing basis.
  • Must have excellent appearance and polished presentation.
  • Must have exceptional guest service skills.
  • Must possess basic math skills.
  • Must be able to work standing for long periods of time.
  • Must conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole   Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
  • Must be team-oriented and must enjoy working with and assisting people.
