The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time VIP Experience Line Cooks to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for partnering with management to plan menus, deliver food to quality standards, train kitchen team members, operate kitchen equipment, uphold all health codes and sanitation regulations, and monitor the quantities, labor, and overhead costs. What will you do?
  • Prepare dishes with high-quality ingredients from scratch
  • Cook and plate dishes for VIP guests and premium clubs
  • Execute menus that range from elevated American cuisine to fine dining and chef-driven tasting experiences
  • Help create memorable experiences for Celtics games, Bruins games, concerts, and exclusive private events
  • Maintain exceptional food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Work alongside an Executive Chef who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and building one of the best culinary teams in Boston
More about you
  • 3 years of prep cook or line cook experience
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Nights, weekends, and event availability are required
  • No high school diploma or GED required
