VIP Event Servers often encounter high-pressure situations, such as serving demanding guests, adhering to strict event schedules, and maintaining discretion with high-profile clients. Vip event servers can potentially earn $100,000 annually if they work high-end events, have extensive experience, and receive substantial tips.
