How will you make an impact?  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide extraordinary customer service to high caliber passengers.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in various inclement weather conditions.
  • Responsibility of ensuring our passengers and luggage are transported safely between the terminal and aircraft.
  • Responsible for operating vehicles in various weather and visibility conditions
  • Vehicles are driven in areas congested with aircraft, as well as moving and stationary vehicles and equipment
Qualifications

Who we are looking for?

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
  • Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
  • One year of previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous working experience transporting passengers preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand Spanish (in some locations) preferred.
  • Must be able to perform all duties under sometimes stressful conditions beyond the employee's control while attempting to influence a favorable impression of American Eagle, American Airlines or any other contracted airline service provided by Envoy.
