Job description

The position requires strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, strong problem-solving skills, dependability, and a demonstrated ability to document and report issues as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process a high volume of email inquiries, including payment processing, liability reassignment, violation research, image requests, paper processing, dispute handling, and system data entry updates.
  • Clear and concise communication with internal and external clients via email and phone.
  • Research tolls & violations within iFACS for TollKeeper, PlatePass, and Viologics clients to determine a resolution status including paying, disputing, changing liability, refunding, and more.
  • Review and audit various email (inbox) processes and update internal job wiki/ dashboards.
  • Maintaining process documentation and tracking.
  • Assist with special projects from leadership on an as-needed basis.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to determine the proper medium of communication based on issues at hand
