Optimum Signs is seeking an experienced Sign Maker / Installer to join our team in Menomonee Falls, WI.
This is NOT an entry-level position.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on experience producing and installing commercial signs and graphics. If your experience is limited to graphic design, retail sign shops, or print production without installation, this position is not the right fit.
Required Experience
Applicants must have experience with several of the following:
  • Vehicle wraps and fleet graphics
  • Murals and wall graphics
  • Window graphics
  • Panel installations
  • Vinyl lettering
  • Sign fabrication
  • Banner finishing
  • Laminating and trimming prints
  • Using application tape
  • Installation using ladders and lifts
  • Measuring and surveying job sites
Preferred Skills
Experience operating equipment such as:
  • Wide-format printers
  • Laminators
  • Vinyl plotters
  • Basic power tools
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial sign production and installation experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
