Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients within the local community to discuss their financial security needs.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend life and health insurance products that align with individual client goals.

Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship-building activities.

Review and analyze existing policy portfolios to ensure clients maintain optimal coverage as their life circumstances evolve.

Provide expert guidance and support to our sales team, sharing best practices to elevate collective performance.

Represent The Atlantic District at local networking events to increase our brand presence throughout Virginia Beach.

Requirements

Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.

Minimum of three years of professional experience in insurance sales.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and digital document management.

Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Virginia Beach area.

Demonstrated ability to mentor junior agents or team members.
