Who We Are:

Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located in Breckenridge, Colorado - the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Nestled between the mountain and Main Street, at Beaver Run you're just a few steps away from the ski slopes in the winter and the hiking trails in the summer. With 40,000 square feet of conference and meeting spaces, Beaver Run is the largest conference center in Breckenridge with the most scenic views and most professional team, services and amenities.

What You'll Do:

The Front Desk Agent is a vital part of our organization. Often the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent must first and foremost provide excellent, friendly service to our guests. The Agent is responsible for preparing check-in packets; checking in and checking out guests; answering questions and addressing concerns; and handling transactions at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced and often stressful environment while maintaining a friendly disposition throughout. Housing may be available on a first-come, first-served basis based on position. Seasonal position Position starts at $20.00/hrs. + DOE

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare check-in packets and folios
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Act as primary point-of-contact for guests, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Communicate with other departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, etc. to inform them of any guest needs or issues
  • Accurately handle transactions at Front Desk
  • Maintain and balance cash bank

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years front desk/customer service experience - preferred
  • 1+ years cash handling experience - preferred
  • Experience with Springer Miller hotel management software - preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - preferred
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English - required
