You’ll oversee projects from concept through final delivery, working closely with copywriters, designers, and motion designers to create compelling visual narratives optimized for multiple platforms.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.

Location:

  • New York, NY (3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote).

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate a variety of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for different environments and setups.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to translate scripts and storyboards into engaging video narratives.

  • Edit and polish footage, incorporating color grading, audio mastering, and motion graphics.

  • Capture b-roll, interviews, events, and on-location content as needed.

  • Ensure all video deliverables adhere to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and platform requirements.

  • Maintain organized video asset libraries and project files.

  • Stay up to date on video production techniques, software updates, and creative trends.

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of professional videography and video editing experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field.

  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video production tools.

  • Skilled with DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.

  • Strong understanding of composition, camera techniques, and visual storytelling.

  • Experienced in post-production, including editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.

  • Knowledgeable about video delivery standards across social, web, and broadcast platforms.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines.

  • Collaborative with strong communication and presentation skills.

  • A rich portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video work that demonstrates your storytelling abilities and technical expertise is required.
