We welcome ideas, collaboration, and creative contributions that strengthen our agency, enhance our portfolio, and support our long-term vision. While these contributions are voluntary and separate from project compensation, founding Collaborators who actively invest in the agency's growth may receive priority consideration for future projects, leadership opportunities, and expanded responsibilities as Blooming Brands grows.
