Job description

Overview The Graphics Engineer Sr I produces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical areas in graphic design, related industrial design, architecture, drafting, and interior design for the US Army. Responsibilities · Focuses on overall art and creative direction · Provides advanced technical graphics and design guidance to graphics staff. · Responsible for overall management of the budget for the graphics unit and for cost recovery for work done on projects.

· Primary interface with other vendors and consultants for services and subcontractors or service providers related to larger graphics environmental efforts. · Supporting the production of awards, including but not limited to the matting and framing of various products · Supporting various photography requirements for events, conferences, and meetings · Provide conference graphic support, including planning, development, and placement of printed materials, signage, exhibits, and other event visuals in collaboration with event planners and stakeholders. · Ensure technical graphic design deliverables related to industrial design, architecture, drafting, and environmental branding, ensuring accuracy and quality control.

· Provide expert review and quality assurance for all graphic outputs, maintaining compliance with Army and CPE IEW&S branding and technical standards. Qualifications Required: · Bachelor's Degree- Graphics design, computer information systems, Commercial art, fine arts, art history, industrial design, architecture, drafting, interior design, photography, videography/video editing, visual communication, or other fields related to the position. · A minimum of four (4) years' experience in the field of graphics, videography, and/or other design-relevant experience required · Associate's degree in Graphics design, computer information systems, Commercial art, fine arts, art history, industrial design, architecture, drafting, interior design, photography, videography/video editing, visual communication, or other fields related to the position, and a minimum of seven (7) years' experience in the field of graphics and design.

· Possesses knowledge of multiple PC and Macintosh application packages, including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and drawing packages. · Proficiency in industry-standard design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. · Secret Clearance Salary Range: $138,000 - $160,000 The above salary range represents a general guidline.
