You're a wizard with Adobe Premiere and comfortable behind the camera, and you can move fluidly between long-form and corporate work and platform-native short-form vertical video for social. You bring an eye for story, strong production instincts, and curiosity about where AI is taking the craft. With avenues for both vertical advancement and the expansion of our services, you'll have the chance to grow and thrive within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute shoots as lead videographer: camera operation, lighting setup, audio capture, equipment management, and directing on set.
  • Apply knowledge of camera operation, various lenses, and video formats to ensure optimal footage quality.

Editing and post-production

  • Log, organize, and assemble raw footage in Adobe Premiere into compelling visual narratives.
  • Edit projects from assembly and rough cut through to a seamless, polished final product.
  • Cut short-form vertical video for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) alongside long-form and corporate deliverables.
  • Create engaging motion graphics and text treatments, and customize Adobe After Effects templates as needed.
  • Compile and curate creative assets such as music and graphics to raise overall production value.
  • Clean audio in Adobe Audition and mix sound for final video deliverables, ensuring optimal audio quality.

Tools and ways of working

  • Use AI-assisted editing and generative video tools (for example Adobe Firefly, Runway, and Premiere AI features) to speed workflows and expand creative options.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules and timelines for production and post, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate across departments to align on project objectives and deliverables.

  • Knowledge of commercial and corporate video production end to end (shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality content).
  • Hands-on videography: camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and directing on set.
  • Comfort editing for social platforms, with an eye for platform-native vertical and short-form pacing.
  • Audio cleanup and mixing for final deliverables (Adobe Audition or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet deadlines.
