We are seeking a Vendor Program Manager to support our Media Digital Supply Chain operations. This role will serve as a key point of contact between Prime Video and our media fulfillment vendor and posthouse network, driving operational excellence, supporting innovation adoption, and contributing to the optimization of our digital supply chain ecosystem.

This individual will contribute to the evolution of our digital supply chain architecture, with a passion to learn, innovate, and solve complex problems. As a Vendor Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and executing programs that drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

You will work across cross-functional teams, implement new workflows, and partner with product and technology teams to translate business requirements into operational improvements. The successful candidate should have familiarity with Movie and TV content digital delivery standards, formats, and specifications, along with the ability to acquire new technology concepts quickly.

Key job responsibilities
  • Vendor Performance Management: Audit and optimize steady-state delivery performance metrics for media fulfillment vendors, aligning priorities and maximizing impact for both Prime Video and our vendor partners.
  • Portfolio Strategy and Optimization: Lead comprehensive portfolio strategy across all regions (US, EU, APAC) and services (Fulfillment, Localization, Technology, Accessibility, Aggregation), anticipating and addressing studio and customer needs.
  • Product Feature Adoption: Facilitate regular connections with vendors to communicate upcoming spec and feature updates, ensuring full understanding, compliance, and adoption of Prime Video technical specifications and product requirements.
  • Program Roadmap & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Prioritize team roadmap and allocate resources effectively across key initiatives, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management, Program Management experience
  • Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions
  • Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • 3+ years of experience in media, entertainment, or digital content industries
  • Proven track record of managing complex vendor relationships and driving performance improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of deliverables and technical specs for streaming assets
  • Knowledge of digital file and folder management systems, marketing workflow tools, DAM, and Localization systems
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience managing global vendor programs across multiple regions
  • Experience representing organizations at industry events and conferences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
