Quality Control Technician - Video 2
Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about video gear and live production? LMG is hiring a Quality Control Technician - Video 1 to ensure our AV inventory is in peak condition and ready for conventions, concerts, and broadcast-level events.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Quality Control Technician - Video 2, you will help ensure video equipment is show-ready, safe, and up to specification for every production.
  • Equipment Inspection: Review, clean, and assess AV gear for functionality and visual condition
  • Cosmetic Repairs: Replace labels, perform light case repairs, and ensure gear presentation meets LMG standards
  • Order Fulfillment: Review show orders and verify equipment lists are complete and accurate
  • Pre-Show Testing: Assist with system rack builds and simulate event setups to confirm proper equipment operation
  • Inventory Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, barcoded, and optimized for efficient equipment access
  • Truck Loading: Help stage and load gear for secure and balanced transport to venues
What We're Looking For
  • Detail-focused, organized, and proactive
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
  • Experience with video or AV equipment, or willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with physical tasks
  • Prior experience in event production or logistics is a plus
