Job Description

As the Value Stream Manager, you will own the end-to-end manufacturing operations for a defined product value stream. You are responsible for synchronizing production, engineering, and supply chain functions to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently met. This role is designed for a high-potential leader expected to drive operational excellence and progress within the global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership
  • End-to-End Ownership: Direct all manufacturing operations and schedules aligned with customer demand and value stream capacity.

  • Operational Roadmap: Develop and execute a roadmap to evolve the site into a best-in-class manufacturing organization.

  • Standardization: Oversee the documentation and standardization of site supply chain processes and procedures.

Continuous Improvement & Quality
  • Lean Transformation: Drive lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and root cause corrective actions to achieve a zero-defect culture.

  • KPI Management: Lead initiatives to achieve goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).

  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards (ISO 9001).

Team Development & Collaboration
  • Talent Growth: Mentor, train, and develop employees for career progression; foster a culture of accountability.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with functions inside and outside the supply chain to leverage best practices and hit revenue targets.

  • Influence: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Preferred Skills & Expertise
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated leadership in electronics manufacturing.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, systems, and tools (Green/Black Belt preferred).

  • Regulatory: Familiarity with ISO quality systems

  • Communication: Superior oral and written communication skills with the ability to dynamically align to changing business conditions.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to define strategic roadmaps, drive organizational change, and present complex technical and financial strategies to executive leadership.

Target Base Salary Range: $130,000- $155,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
