The candidate will be working as a Software Developer to apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community. Here, your work will have meaning and impact as you deliver your best every day. Our work depends on a Software Developer joining our team to support the development of systems and capabilities centered on our comprehensive motion imagery software suite. Responsibilities: The Software Developer will focus on ensuring the mission is met while upgrading to cutting-edge technologies in full motion video (FMV) of the program’s technical vision. By using the following general language skillsets: * Java * JavaScript, React/Redux, AngularJS * SQL, NoSQL, And applying the general required concepts: * Experienced in Microservice API development and integration (gRPC/REST) * Deploy micro and macro services in NodeJS or JBoss * Manage communication endpoints in gRPC or REST * REST based service level integration, API negotiation, Threading and Load Balancing * Heavily use ETL concepts and engines to decouple solutions. * Apache NIFI * GraphDB, SQL and NoSQL data modeling / visualization / querying * MS SQL Server, OmniSci, Accumulo/Hadoop preferred. * Write and manage large applications in React/Redux, rxJS, Reactive Streams * Manage and bug triage legacy applications in AngularJS. * Debug and troubleshoot applications. * Kafka streams/ KsqlDB * Use and manage containers and orchestration such as: Docker/Kubernetes * Creating containers, deploying containers, managing container orchestration * Managing scalability of deployed software products Job Requirements: * Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering, a related specialized area or field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience * Active TS/SCI with poly * Willing to learn in one discipline/field and develop working knowledge in adjacent disciplines/fields. * Proficient understanding and application of engineering principles, concepts, practices, and standards * Use JIRA to manage daily, sprint, and increment metrics, performance, and backlogs. * Experience developing within an Agile framework; Sprints, Demonstrations, Scrum Bogart Associates is an equal opportunity and E-Verify employer.
