Job description

Join Us in Shaping the Future of Decentralized Intelligence
Yuma is building and investing in decentralized AI on the Bittensor network. We operate at the intersection of AI, crypto, and markets - deploying capital through our funds, accelerating the highest-potential subnets, and participating in the network through validation and institutional staking. As a proud subsidiary of DCG, we combine institutional capital with hands-on execution to help bring new forms of intelligence to market.
About the Role
The Marketing & Communications Manager will support the execution of Yuma's marketing and communications efforts, ensuring high-quality delivery across events, content, and external channels. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Operations
  • Develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives aligned with company priorities
  • Manage content calendar and publishing across social, web, and external channels.
  • Draft and distribute blog posts, announcements, press releases, executive talking points, ecosystem education materials, and other external communications
  • Coordinate with reporters, partners, and Bittensor KOLs to ensure accurate coverage of Yuma and Bittensor
  • Develop talking points and interview prep materials for executives and other Yuma spokespeople
  • Support Yuma's accelerated startup teams with launch messaging, positioning and marketing guidance to improve visibility
  • Build product narratives for projects from Yuma's accelerator, translating technical whitepapers and research into clear messaging
Events & Logistics
  • Lead execution of owned events, conferences, summits, and webinars (including logistics, vendors, timelines)
  • Coordinate external event sponsorships, earned speaking engagements, and on-site execution
  • Produce event content and presentation materials
Content & Channel Management
  • Manage Yuma's website, social channels, and external presence
    • Write long-form and short-form content including blogs, explainers, research summaries, and ecosystem spotlights
    • Translate technical materials such as whitepapers into digestible, high-impact content
    • Execute always-on, real-time social communications
  • Develop and execute visual and video content by transforming podcasts, speaking engagements, and external media into short-form clips and creative assets for social and web.
  • Support development of repeatable content workflows and templates to increase output, consistency and speed. Ensure content is consistent with brand and messaging defined by leadership.
Coordination & Support
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support communications needs
  • Manage external vendors and agencies to deliver on campaigns and deliverables

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in marketing, communications, or PR roles
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver on deadlines
  • Strong experience with content creation and social media, particularly in real-time, high velocity, or eco-system environments
  • Experience with event coordination
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Interest in crypto, AI, or emerging technology
