-JOB DESCRIPTION - SYSTEMS APPLICATION ANALYST SENIOR.
-SYSTEMS APPLICATION ANALYST SENIOR
-The consultant will be responsible for providing production support for Enterprise Payments Group and Treasury Management products and applications.
-Production support includes testing validation during project execution and during minor and major software and hardware upgrades.
-Support will also include incident response in the event of an outage for assigned products and applications, including communications.
-AS NEEDED, THIS POSITION WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS. Will participate in evening and weekend testing validation events, and sometimes incident response events. May include overtime.
-POSITION COMPETENCIES.
-Successful incumbents possess analytical skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, multitasking skills, are focused on the customer, have a drive for results, strong business acumen, strong agility and are excellent at prioritizing and managing work.
-POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES.
Act in a lead and/or supporting role on projects of various sizes executed utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies to ensure excellent QA and UAT results.
Represent client voice for user friendly and intuitive application design and requirements.
Establish yourself as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and products.
Create test plans, test scripts, coordinate and execute user acceptance testing.
Act as a liaison between client group, technology group and production application support for assigned applications.
Provide production and business support and problem resolution for the assigned applications.
Effectively works in a team environment and independently.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office/Access/SharePoint.
-EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
7 years of relevant work experience.
5 years of experience working with incident resolution or problem determination.
5 years of experience testing, validating, and implementing system changes
