Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Houston, TX 77041
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $24โ€“$26/hr (W-2)
Summary:
Quality Technician responsible for inspections, testing, documentation, and supporting quality control activities. Work with parts, components, and equipment while following quality procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect parts, materials, and equipment per specifications
  • Perform manufacturing and engineering tests
  • Document inspection and test results
  • Assist with test setup, fixtures, and calibration (when authorized)
  • Follow quality procedures and safety requirements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of quality/inspection experience preferred
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
  • Experience handling mechanical components / lifting aids preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
Education:
High School Diploma or Technical School

  • Training: 1st shift (4:00 AM โ€“ 2:30 PM) for 4โ€“6 weeks
  • After training: 2nd shift (Monโ€“Thu, 2:30 PM โ€“ 12:30 AM)
Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
  • Use of mechanical lifting equipment
