Automotive Express Service Technician Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and carrying out Repair Orders as dispatched.
  • Performing video based vehicle inspections to determine maintenance needs.
  • Providing estimates for needed repairs.
  • Performing Quality Control checks to ensure repairs are complete.
  • Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services.
  • Maintaining organized, clean work space.
  • Communicating directly and efficiently with service advisors, parts department employees, and upper management
  • Participating in proprietary training/education programs to hone skills and develop expertise in industry-leading automotive technologies and processes.
