A Video Project Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of video projects from start to finish. They coordinate between creative teams, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Their tasks often include scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
