The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) has a strong commitment to employee work-life balance and provides a stimulating work environment. BASF currently has an exciting opportunity for a Video Production Coordinator to be part of the team!
About the Job:
The Video Production Coordinator is primarily responsible for recording BASF educational programming, conference and events for distribution through BASF's online education platform and social media channels. The Video Production Coordinator works in collaboration with the CLE Director and the Barristers Club Director to select programs for recording and provides technical assistance to the events team with respect to audio/visual setup when necessary. In addition, the Video Production Coordinator produces video content for BASF and JDC marketing and communication purposes designed to drive membership, member engagement, visibility for the organizations, and fundraising.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in business or marketing preferred, sufficient technical and creative expertise to produce video content
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of experience recording, editing and managing video production projects, familiarity with e-learning tools, and basic project management expertise
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple components of a project from beginning to end, including setting and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with volunteers, Association members and members of the public in a professional and collegial manner
  • Ability to work with BASF colleagues in an amicable and team-oriented manner
  • Familiarity and skills in working with online learning tools, social networking sites, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
