Job description

Via Seating is hiring a Production Supervisor to direct a team of 8 - 30 employees on our 1st Shift team! If you're someone who has been in role of leading teams of 10 or more for at least 5 years, enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in building quality products, and wants a stable, full-time schedule with 3-day weekends-this could be a great fit. Our Production Supervisors are responsible for increasing the ratio of value to non-value activities and eliminating waste in the overall production and supply chain from start to finish, for a defined product family or production process. They are also responsible for ensuring the value stream under their leadership either meets or exceeds customer requirements. In addition to being able to lead, train and mentor employees under them, they need to have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort. All Production Lead positions are non-safety sensitive positions.

  • In addition to an annual salary of $60 - $70K to start, Via also provides up to $900.00 per month for each employee toward their elected benefits as well as employer sponsored life insurance of $25K. Our comprehensive benefits package begins the 1st day of the month following your hire date!
  • We offer 10 paid holidays per year starting immediately. We offer a 4% 401(k) match at 90 days with immediate vesting!!
  • Our First Shift works Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM withOvertime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed.
