Role Overview
We're looking for a high-impact, modern commerce leader who can build and scale Cariloha's creator-driven growth engine across influencers, affiliates, live commerce, and social content.
This role sits at the center of content, creators, and commerce, and owns both revenue and output across these channels.
You will oversee and integrate:
  • Creator & affiliate partnerships
  • Social commerce and content production
  • Live selling and TikTok Shop ecosystem
  • Viral content strategy and execution
  • Brand collaborations and campaign partnerships

You will also manage and lead the Head of Social Commerce & Content (photo/video production team), ensuring that content creation and creator performance are fully aligned to revenue outcomes.
This is a builder + operator + creative commerce leadership role responsible for turning creators and content into a scalable growth engine.
What You'll Own
1. Creator & Affiliate Revenue Engine
  • Own and scale the full creator and affiliate ecosystem
  • Drive revenue through:
    • Influencer partnerships
    • Affiliate programs
    • Creator collaborations
  • Build tiered creator strategies (high-performing affiliates, ambassadors, campaign creators)
  • Develop scalable systems for sourcing, activating, and retaining creators

You will lead and scale a multi-layer Creator Commerce organization, including:

    • Affiliate and performance marketing
    • UGC and paid social scaling
  • Experience leading multi-layered teams (creative + partnerships + execution)
  • Comfortable overseeing photo, video, and content production teams

  • Highly analytical but culturally fluent in creator and internet trends
  • Experience running events, shoots, or brand activations
