- Strong writer. Using ENPS daily and multiple others for story selection, including NBC & CNN.
- Be a strong communicator. Have strong working relationships with anchors, reporters, and other producers.

- Candidate should have a college degree in journalism or a related field.
- Must be able to work longer hours for breaking news and elections, as well as holidays and weekends.
