We are looking for a Marketing Content & Communications Specialist to help tell the New Way story, support product launches, strengthen dealer communications, and translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused marketing content. This position will support website content, social media, email campaigns, sales collateral, dealer communications, product brochures, case studies, press releases, trade show materials, and product launch messaging. The original position summary emphasized storytelling for New Way’s refuse collection equipment, technical content translation, dealer communications, and collaboration with engineering, sales, product management, customer support, and dealer development.

Your Role in Our Mission:

  • Develop and manage content for New Way’s website, email campaigns, social media channels, digital advertising, and printed marketing materials.
  • Create product brochures, spec sheets, sales collateral, case studies, customer success stories, press releases, blog articles, video scripts, and dealer-facing communications.
  • Support new product launches by developing coordinated messaging and marketing materials across multiple platforms.
  • Partner with engineering and product management to ensure technical accuracy and consistency in product communications.
  • Translate product features, specifications, and technical concepts into clear value-based messaging for customers, dealers, and sales teams.
  • Maintain and update website content using the company’s content management system.
  • Assist in developing dealer marketing resources, sales enablement tools, product training materials, and launch communications.
  • Coordinate photography, video production, and graphic design projects with internal and external creative partners.
  • Manage editorial calendars and content schedules to support campaigns, launches, trade shows, and strategic initiatives.
  • Apply SEO and digital marketing best practices to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics, engagement, and business objectives.
  • Ensure all content reflects New Way’s brand standards, voice, product quality, and commitment to innovation.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, dealer meetings, and product demonstrations through pre-event, on-site, and post-event content needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, competitive products, and emerging technologies in refuse, waste, environmental services, commercial vehicle, and heavy equipment markets.

To Perform this Job Successfully:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, journalism, product marketing, or related work.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate technical product information into clear, compelling, customer-facing messaging.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience creating content for websites, social media, email campaigns, sales collateral, brochures, and product communications.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, social media, and content performance analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, truck equipment, dealer networks, municipal equipment, or industrial/B2B marketing strongly preferred.
