Position Overview

Under the direction of the Global Brand Art Director, the Digital Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging digital content for our consumer fitness brands: BowFlex, Schwinn, Horizon and JRNY. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to develop a wide range of digital assets that enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. This is a non-supervisory position. 


Responsibilities

Design & Creativity:

Create and design digital assets, including website graphics, email templates, social media content, online ads, and other promotional materials.

Develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies for BowFlex, Schwinn, Horizon and JRNY.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all digital platforms.

Assist with planning and directing photo and video shoots to ensure assets meet brand standards and stakeholder requirements. 


Website & E-Commerce Support:

Design user-friendly web pages and landing pages that optimize the user experience and drive conversions.

Collaborate with web developers to implement designs and ensure technical feasibility.

Continuously improve website design based on user feedback and analytics.


Social Media & Content Marketing:

Produce engaging visuals for social media posts, stories, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Work with the content team to create infographics, banners, and interactive content that support marketing initiatives.


Email Marketing:

Design and build email templates that are visually appealing and responsive.

Ensure emails are compatible across various devices and email clients.


Video & Motion Graphics:

Create basic animations and video content for digital campaigns.

Edit and optimize video content for various digital platforms.


Print:

Design large format print graphics including banners, murals and vehicle wraps.

Elevate the brand presence at retail through engaging brand experience zones, product packaging, on-product graphics and other merchandising support. 


Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.


Marginal Job Functions:

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field.


Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital design, preferably in the fitness or consumer goods industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

Experience with web design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices.


Other Requirements:

A strong portfolio showcasing your digital design work, including examples of web design, social media graphics, email campaigns, and video/motion graphics.

A valid driver's license is required. 

Domestic travel up to 10%.
