Golf YouTube Video Preditor (Producer + Editor), Remote, Full-time, USA based. We're leading a confidential search for a Golf YouTube Preditor to help build a modern YouTube golf channel designed to stand alongside the very best in the world.This is a true producer-editor role. You plan, shoot, and edit. You own the story from first tee to final export.
If you watch YouTube golf and constantly think about how you would shoot it differently, pace it better, or make the intro hit harder, this role is built for you.You care deeply about narrative, pacing, retention, and why viewers click in the first place. You understand that great golf content blends instruction, entertainment, and personality without becoming generic.
What you will be doing:
  • Owning long-form YouTube golf videos from concept to publish
  • Planning and shooting content independently when required (camera, audio, logistics)
  • Editing long-form videos typically 20 to 60+ minutes
  • Crafting strong intros, act breaks, and endings to improve retention
  • Shaping storylines from large volumes of raw footage
  • Cutting high-performing YouTube Shorts from long-form episodes
  • Applying pacing, humour, and emotional emphasis to maximise watch time

What matters
  • A strong portfolio of YouTube-specific long-form work
  • Advanced editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Hands-on shooting experience and comfort running audio solo
  • Deep familiarity with YouTube golf and its creators
  • Strong instincts for pacing, storytelling, and personality-led content
  • A genuine obsession with golf (playing experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience with, or interest in learning, AI tools or programming environments such as Claude Code is a bonus

Compensation
Negotiatble base salary: USD $80,000 to $150,000 + employment benefits and and progression as the channel scales
