This individual is organized, collaborative, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

Occasional travel is required to capture content at customer locations, company events, and branch offices.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning, including storyboarding, scripting, and shot lists, through filming, including cinematography, lighting, and audio capture using professional Canon camera equipment.
  • Manage video post-production, including editing, motion graphics, color correction, and sound design, using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Plan and execute professional photography shoots, including setup, lighting, composition, and image editing using Canon camera systems.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to produce high-quality video and photography content for YouTube, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate Med One Group's brand message, products, services, and value.
  • Create storyboards, motion graphics, on-screen graphics, end screens, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the Med One Group YouTube channel, including content creation and implementing best practices to increase views, engagement, and subscribers.
  • Organize and maintain video and photography assets on shared servers while optimizing workflows for large video production files.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Creative, and Marketing teams to complete projects within established timelines and production goals.
  • Support video editing, marketing initiatives, and other team-related projects as needed.
  • Communicate effectively, accept constructive feedback, and apply feedback to improve video and photography projects.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Professional experience with Canon mirrorless digital cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Professional experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
