We are looking for a General Manager to come join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, The General Manager (GM) will serve as the primary point of contact for their location and provide leadership for or all aspects of operations, management of 4Wall Lighting Entertainment initiatives. The GM manages all aspects of the locations income producing operations, specifically its rentals, sales and systems departments. They are responsible for the profitability of the location and the efficiency of its operations. The GM monitors the financial budget, monitors the quality of the locations rental equipment and services and ensures maximum customer satisfaction. They are responsible for not only the quality of gear and service, but also the efficiency and productivity of the entire staff to ensure maximum revenue generation, cost control and profitability. What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will have a minimum 5+ years in supervisory and leadership experience managing various types of teams, have a clear understanding and proven track record of operating/leading a business from all aspects, with emphasis on sales, computer literacy, franchise systems and financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, a good understanding and knowledge of operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, repairs, maintenance, and quality assurance programs, someone who has exceptional leadership skills and ability to direct, coach, mentor, and develop, and someone who is a strong motivator, with the ability to execute strategic direction for the company and influence others in support of the strategy.
