We are currently seeking a Branch Manager in the Wilmington, DE area.  As an operational and sales leader, you will be responsible for general management of the branch, including, P & L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations. 


Responsibilities

The Branch Operations Manager will lead a team whose passion is to deliver exceptional service for homeowners and businesses alike.  As an operational and sales leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, including, P & L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations.  

What We’re Looking For: 

Previous service management or operations experience in a route based or service-oriented business is preferred.  (I.e. package delivery, beverage, uniform, or vending services; pest control, lawn care, or construction) Other types of management experience may be considered.  We seek individuals with high integrity and are creative thinkers with an emphasis on building teams and long term, profitable relationships.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years of operational responsibility, including P&L and forecasting 
  • Previous responsibility for the sales process and results 
  • Experience providing strategic planning and succession planning initiatives 
  • Experience conducting/managing third party audits in a pest control environment 
  • Motivation/Passion/Desire to build teams, recruit, train & cultivate top performers, and enable future success within the organization 
  • Must be 18 years of age 

Physical Demands / Working Environment: 

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: 

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity 
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. 
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
