Job description

About Guidde

Guidde is an AI digital adoption platform that serves as the creation and consumption hub for modern organizations. Founded in 2020 by seasoned entrepreneurs, we use generative AI to transform workflows into rich, multi-format documentation in minutes. Our platform helps teams scale knowledge across employees, customers, and even AI systems, turning everyday processes into instant, in-app video guiddes that live where work actually happens.

More than 4,500 organizations worldwide, from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, rely on Guidde to reduce support load, accelerate onboarding, and make knowledge accessible on demand. We're building the future of how knowledge is created, shared, and experienced.

The Ideal "Guidder" is like our platform - clear, impactful, and focused on delivering value. We blend a startup environment with sports team principles - strategic in planning, collaborative in execution, and obsessed with customer wins. We value doers who listen more than they talk and who show up ready to play their best game. Ready to make your mark on our roster? Go Guidde!

If you are someone who loves turning messy, fast-moving sales motion into clean systems and reliable numbers-and you get energy from making teams faster, sharper, and more consistent, then your place is with us!

How will your day-to-day look?
  • Automate revenue workflows - Build and maintain HubSpot (and supporting tools) automations for lead routing, activity tracking, territory assignment, and sales processes
  • Own HubSpot end-to-end - Keep the CRM clean, configured well, and easy to use with clear properties, views, deal stages, and smart automation
  • Optimize the sales funnel - Spot bottlenecks from lead to close, standardize processes, and improve rep efficiency with practical, scalable fixes
  • Improve tooling across the stack - Evaluate, select, and roll out tools that boost productivity, data quality, forecasting, and reduce manual work
  • Run reporting and insights - Build and maintain dashboards for KPIs, conversion metrics, pipeline health, and performance insights for leadership and sales managers
  • Keep the revenue engine reliable - Ensure data accuracy, process discipline, and consistent execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
What will you need to have?
  • 5+ years in Sales Ops / RevOps (B2B SaaS) - Experience building and running revenue operations in a scaling environment
  • Strong CRM operations skills - Proven ability to implement, maintain, and optimize CRM processes at scale
  • Automation + infrastructure mindset - Track record of building systems that measurably improve sales productivity and performance
  • HubSpot expertise (admin-level preferred) - Confident in customizing objects, workflows, deal stages, automation logic, and integrations
  • Hands-on with modern workflow tooling - Experience with tools like Make.com or n8n, plus enrichment/validation and low-code/no-code platforms
  • Solid integration fundamentals - Understanding of webhooks, API integrations, and how to connect a dependable GTM toolchain
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership on forecasting and pipeline hygiene
  • Built multi-tool revenue workflows across Marketing, Sales, and CS (and made adoption actually stick)
  • Worked in a growth-stage SaaS company where speed + structure both mattered
Your journey with Guidde
  • Leave Your Mark: Build the operational foundation that enables Guidde's next stage of growth-better productivity, tighter forecasting, smoother scaling
  • Work Your Way (Hybrid): Enjoy a flexible work arrangement based in NYC
  • Innovate Together: Partner daily with Sales, Marketing, and CS to design workflows and insights that keep everyone aligned
  • Fuel Your Growth: Grow your scope across RevOps, systems architecture, and GTM strategy as the company scales
  • Your Value Matters: Receive a competitive compensation and benefits package
    • We offer for this position a salary range of $130,000 OTE - $175,000 OTE

We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you're a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.
