Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Security business unit.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing inventory, tracking project materials, and coordinating pickups and deliveries to support AWS project operations.
  • Ensures materials are available when needed, maintains accurate inventory records, and helps prevent project delays by providing efficient logistics and warehouse support.
  • Serves as a critical link between procurement, vendors, project management, and field operations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of warehouse, delivery, logistics, or construction support experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
  • Experience supporting construction, data center, or industrial projects preferred.
 

Pay Range: The hourly pay range for this position is $XX.XX–$XX.XX per hour.  The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
