At Digital Creative& Experience, we create content that connects artists with fans across every touchpoint of the digital experience. From artist stores and ecommerce experiences to campaigns, social content, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives, our Content Production team is responsible for bringing creative concepts to life through compelling visual experiences.
The Stylist plays a critical role in shaping how products, artists, and brands are represented through content. Working closely with Creative Directors, Producers, Photographers, Video Teams, and Content Production, this role helps transform creative vision into tangible visual execution that elevates storytelling, strengthens brand identity, and enhances the overall quality of content.
How You'll CREATE
The Stylist is responsible for developing and executing styling solutions across photography, video, e-commerce, campaign, and branded content productions. This role ensures products, talent, props, and visual elements are presented in a way that supports creative objectives, reflects artist and brand identity, and delivers a consistent visual standard across all content.
Working closely with creative and production teams, the Stylist contributes throughout the production lifecycle, from concept development and pre-production planning through on-set execution and final asset delivery. Combining strong aesthetic judgment with exceptional organization and attention to detail, this role helps create engaging visual experiences that connect with audiences and support business objectives.
  • Develop styling approaches that align with creative direction, artist identity, and campaign objectives
  • Partner with Creative Directors and Producers during concept development and pre-production planning
  • Source, organize, and prepare wardrobe, props, accessories, and styling elements for productions
  • Style talent, products, and environments across photography and video shoots
  • Ensure styling execution supports brand standards, creative treatments, and storytelling objectives
  • Collaborate with photographers, video operators, content producers, and production teams during shoots
  • Manage styling continuity across multiple assets, channels, and deliverables
  • Prepare shoot decks, reference materials, mood boards, and styling recommendations
  • Coordinate with external vendors, stylists, wardrobe providers, and production partners when required
  • Manage styling inventory, organization, and asset tracking
  • Support product preparation and presentation for ecommerce and merchandising content
  • Identify opportunities to elevate visual quality and improve content effectiveness
  • Stay informed on fashion, music, cultural, and visual trends that influence artist and consumer behavior
  • Ensure all styling elements are prepared, maintained, and executed to the highest standard
