Digital Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Research target markets, consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Present research findings, insights, and recommendations to the marketing and sales team.
  • Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, digital advertisements, promotional materials, photography, and video.
  • Assist in managing social media platforms by scheduling content, monitoring engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and recommending improvements.
  • Support marketing campaigns that promote hotel stays, conferences, meetings, weddings, dining experiences, and special events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Support community outreach efforts and help represent the I Hotel and Illinois Conference Center at events when needed.
  • Track campaign results and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and overall marketing effectiveness.
