The surveillance agent conducts clandestine surveillance throughout the casino property for the protection of company assets utilizing video and audio capabilities.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor casino guests and team members throughout the property
- Utilize computer based software to generate documents
- Observe and record table games and electronic gaming devices to ensure integrity on the games
- Observe and record count room activities such as table game drops, bill validator drops in protection of company assets until all are accurately and properly accounted for
- Observe and record cage areas for proper redemption and payout of chips, tickets and other casino related instruments used on a daily basis
- Review and report recorded incidents to the requestor
- Report violations of company policy, procedure, or internal controls
- Receive testing on a quarterly basis
- Reach specific performance goals at one year and maintain
- Take photographs for purpose of proper documentation of incidents and events
- Report illegal or unusual activities to appropriate members of management
- Be knowledgeable of Illinois Gaming Board regulations and company internal controls
