Summary
Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, the primary responsibility of this position includes but is not limited to facilitating daily cash management, banking, financial reporting, cash reconciliation and accounting activities.
 
Position Basics
  • Work from home 1 day a week

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day banking activities, including reviewing/validating payment files
  • Update, manage, and analyze the company’s cash forecast
  • Monitoring bank transactions and upload/enter JEs to ERP
  • Oversee ATM commission and reporting
  • Facilitate issuance and reporting ATM debit card
  • Compile and analyze financial information to reconcile cash
  • Develop, monitor and analyze bank fees including credit card and cash management expenses
  • Ensure treasury reporting deadlines are met
  • Prepare treasury management reports as needed
  • Support accounting, accounts payable, ATM, financial planning, internal and external audit and other functions as they relate to treasury transactions and entity structures
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned
 
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a Finance related field, Treasury preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Banking portals
  • Experience with financial management systems, such as NetSuite and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Gaming experience preferred
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
