eyeWyre Software Studios is seeking a seasoned senior software engineer to help implement apps and systems that touch the lives of millions of users world-wide. As a developer you will work closely with other skilled developers and designers using modern technologies and tools.

Other Requirements: 

  • Work onsite in our Mount Clemens, MI office 
  • Must be legal to work in the US 
  • Experience in working as a member of a small development team and acting as a development lead mentoring junior engineers 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail 
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills 
  • Good team player who is self motivated and well organized 
  • Established portfolio of work and/or code samples 
  • Continuous, self learner of new and advancing technologies

Desired but not Required: 

  • Experience with Unity 3d 
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, AngularJS 
  • Experience with databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, noSQL 
  • B.S. in Computer Science is nice but not required. Talent, passion and experience is more important 

Qualifications

Technical Skills Needed: 

  • 8+ years experience in professional application and systems development  
  • Experience in delivering high quality, well designed and well implemented systems delivering robust, high-availability, performant systems
  • Experience in software architecture and design
  • Experience in user interface and user experience design and development 
  • Extensive use of several modern languages including Scala, Swift, Java, C# and C++
  • Experience with iOS development and Xcode  
  • Experience with Android development
  • Experience with web frameworks such as Node.js and Play Framework
  • Expert knowledge of both object-oriented design and functional design patterns, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis 
  • Experience with Unix based operating systems
