Position:                            Producer – Control Room

Department:                      PantherVision

Reporting Relationship:  Senior Producer

Status:                               Full Time (Exempt)

Position Summary

The Producer – Control Room is a midlevel role that supports both the creative and technical execution of live events at Bank of America Stadium. This position operates key control room systems during games and events while also producing and editing invenue video content. The ideal candidate is a handson contributor who thrives in a fastpaced sports environment, communicates well under pressure, and enjoys problemsolving on the fly.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Control Room Operations (Live Event Support)
  • Operate core control room positions (replay, graphics, playback, or switcher) during Panthers, and thirdparty events.
  • Load, organize, and cue all video and graphic elements for game day and live events.
  • Follow event scripts and support producers/directors with timing, show flow, and sponsor activations.
  • Communicate clearly with the control room team to ensure smooth and accurate execution.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of production equipment and control room systems.
  • Help maintain organization of media assets, playback folders, and content workflows to ensure readiness for each event.
  • Content Production
  • Produce and edit video content for invenue entertainment, including hype videos, player features, and sponsored elements.
  • Support productionday shoots by helping plan shots, prep equipment, and manage media.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in a live event, broadcast, or sports production environment.
  • Familiarity with control room systems (replay, graphics, playback, or switcher).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Passion for sports and live event production.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of live production experience.
  • Experience with Ross, Daktronics, Evertz, Grass Valley, or similar systems.
  • Prior experience in collegiate or professional sports production.
