Position Summary
Develop and execute the company's marketing communications strategy with a strong emphasis on growing and enhancing our overall video content presence and direct and indirect sales tools and collateral. Create new video and digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion. The digital video campaigns created in this role will focus on generating traffic, acquiring customers, educating potential buyers, and driving continued engagement from our current customer base to meet sales objectives.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop video content for the company's website, social media campaigns, and video hosting platforms; provide additional photography and video support for social channels, including behind-the-scenes, culture, and recruiting content.
2. Deliver high-quality video creation from conceptualization to final posting through hands on production: direct, light, shoot, and edit for both short form and long-form weekly videos. This includes the production, editing, and delivery of monthly internal podcast episodes.
3. Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal forms of media for projects
4. Interview subject matter experts on and off camera to gather the required information and assets for productions
5. Monitor and optimize video campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Wistia, and YouTube
6. Organize and manage video assets in a library/archive
7. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency. Must have the ability to effectively navigate within a complex organization and complex product line and meet deliverable deadlines
8. Work closely with other members of the video department and marketing team to establish collaboration, fulfill overall company goals, and streamline workflows
9. Assist in the successful implementation of new marketing initiatives, Endless Customers content, and product launches by managing video execution.
10. Identify opportunities to optimize or enhance existing video content based on current marketing trends
11. Stay up to date on digital video trends, equipment, and best practices
12. Produce internal video content and photography for departments such as HR, Benefits, IT, Legal, Quality, Safety, and Finance. This includes the creation of assets for internal process training and corporate communications.
13. Maintain and manage video and podcast studio equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio gear. Perform routine equipment checks and ensure the studio is always production ready. Source repairs and replacement equipment as needed.
14. Manage the media server through consistent file naming, organization, and archiving of all video assets. Maintain a structured media library to ensure project files and raw footage are easily retrievable.
15. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education
Associates degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related discipline; in the absence of a degree, direct related job experience where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), business-to-customer (B2C), or work as a Videographer/Editor
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand videos
  • Competency in pre-production: including script writing, scheduling, shot listing
  • Experience shooting original content using DSLR and cinema cameras, capturing professional audio, and lighting scenes and interviews
