This role follows our hybrid work model, with in-office collaboration Mondays and Wednesdays at our Chicago office overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan.

  • Ensure projects are delivered strategically, on time, on budget, and at a high standard of quality
  • Serve as the primary internal point of accountability for project success and execution
  • Identify project risks, scope changes, and roadblocks proactively while driving solutions

  • Support leadership with recommendations regarding scope changes, resourcing, and project prioritization
  • Participate in client-facing meetings and communications as needed while maintaining strong professional presence and organization
  • Help create operational clarity and structure for fast-moving client workstreams

    • Lead generation programs
    • Integrated marketing initiatives
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced agency environments with evolving client needs
  • Ability to influence teams, maintain accountability, and drive outcomes positively and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive communication skills
  • Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a professional capacity
