Join our client Stonewood Design as a Fabrication Shop Manager and take the lead in running a high-end granite, quartz, and natural stone shop. With 24 years of experience in quality residential and multi-family countertop work, Stonewood Design is looking for an experienced Production Manager to own the shop's operations and drive steady output, team efficiency, and scalable processes. This role is perfect for someone who is a CNC expert ready to lead a skilled production team and take the shop to the next level.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate CNC equipment such as AlphaCam, AutoCAD, and SASSO 5-Axis at an expert level
  • Lead and mentor a skilled production team in granite, quartz, and natural stone fabrication techniques
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day fabrication operations for the shop
  • Direct others in running machinery and ensure high-quality output
  • Oversee the schedule, team, numbers, and processes to drive shop efficiency
