Join a team of top artists, engineers, designers, and others who’ve joined us from prominent gaming franchises, like Mortal Kombat, League of Legends, Call of Duty, Walking Dead, and Star Wars.
At Level Ex Games Powered by Relevate Health, you’ll work across a range of casual game genres and platforms—whether it’s puzzle games, strategy games, or massively-multiplayer party games—all brought to life with stunning graphics and thoughtful game design. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize development workflows, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
to drive high-quality game releases. *Note: This is a game producer role, not an agency, creative, art, broadcast, digital, live services, VFX, localization, motion graphics, print, or music producer.
Duties / Responsibilities
  • Own internal game development across your team’s projects - work with partners, leading teams to deliver their prioritized work.
  • Partner with key company leadership to review project progress and balance inbound change requests.
  • Mentor other producers who can learn from your process, approaches, and overall depth of knowledge.
  • Own a vertical within a style of game or high-profile client, driving a full suite of games.
  • Mitigate risks and work solutions to keep the full team appraised of changes through clear communication. Develop long-term project plans amp; work to maintain ‘on track’ and ‘on budget’ status.
  • Own tracking tools and reports like Jira and Confluence. Lead sprints, evaluate burn downs, and ensure traction on sprint-over-sprint project objectives.
Skills / Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of professional Production experience, with multiple credited titles across various platforms, including mobile games. Proven track record as a Senior Producer, demonstrating expertise in managing and delivering successful mobile projects.
  • Full-cycle Production experience, from concept through launch or post-launch on at least two games.
  • Experience running multiple product lifecycle models, combining development best practices at the right time (be it Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Extensive experience utilizing Jira and Confluence to effectively organize, track, and manage complex game projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, actively integrating their feedback into the development process.
  • A ‘problem solver’s demeanor - adaptable plans, efficient evangelization with internal and external partners.
  • Knowledge of key data collection models - you are analytics-driven and know where to measure and how to apply relevant data metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, firm in your adherence to scope and timelines.
  • A desire to always continue learning your craft, helping others to succeed, and leading by example to set the standard on what it means to be a leader.
  • Experience as a coach/mentor for a diverse production team, ready to level up the team at large.
  • Ability to efficiently work remotely, collaborating and sharing virtually across different time zones
  • Skill to lead efforts through complex communication situations with executives, partners, and the team at large.
