We are transforming from traditional retail to a technology-driven organization. As part of this
evolution, we're investing heavily in modern engineering solutions. We're looking for a Senior Software
Engineer to help build and maintain critical back-end systems that power our store technology
platform-covering point-of-sale, payments, transactions, and customer rewards. This role will work across
both legacy and next-generation systems, ensuring stability while driving innovation.
This position will sit onsite in Grapevine, TX 5 days per week.
What You'll Do
โ€ข Design and develop software for our store technology platform, spanning scalable front-end,
middle-tier, and back-end services.
โ€ข Collaborate within an agile team to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
โ€ข Review peer code and provide constructive feedback to improve overall quality.
โ€ข Champion best practices for software quality, performance, and maintainability.
