Job Title: Integrated Marketing Coordinator

Pay Range: $23 - $30/hour

Description:

MSI is seeking an Integrated Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of social media and content marketing initiatives across MSI’s product categories and digital channels.

This role will focus on day-to-day social media execution, content creation, performance reporting, and general marketing support. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends and digital content, is comfortable appearing on camera, and has an interest in gaming, PC hardware, technology, and consumer electronics.

What you will DO:

  • Social Media & Content
    • Support day-to-day social media execution across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
    • Schedule, publish, and manage social media posts based on established content calendars and campaign direction.
    • Create and support short-form video content, including product showcases, demonstrations, trend-based content, and other social-first formats.
    • Be comfortable appearing on camera and presenting MSI products, features, and marketing messages for social media and digital content.
    • Assist with writing and adapting social media copy based on platform, audience, and brand voice.
    • Collaborate with internal creative resources to help produce photo, video, and written content.
    • Stay current on social media trends, emerging formats, platform updates, and competitor activity to help identify relevant content opportunities.
    • Assist with livestreams, giveaways, creator collaborations, and other social media activations as needed.
  • Social Listening & Reporting

    • Monitor social media conversations, comments, customer sentiment, and audience feedback across MSI channels.
    • Identify and track recurring negative feedback, product concerns, customer complaints, or emerging issues and report notable trends to the appropriate internal teams.
    • Compile regular social media and content performance reports, including engagement, reach, video performance, audience growth, and other key KPIs.
    • Help organize and maintain performance data, reporting trackers, and social media documentation.
    • Monitor competitor social media activity and relevant trends within the gaming, PC hardware, and consumer technology industries.
  • General Marketing Support

    • Assist with preparation and organization of products, materials, and assets needed for social content, livestreams, events, and other marketing activities.
    • Help receive, organize, track, and prepare product shipments and packages for creators, media, events, and internal marketing needs.
    • Assist with basic product preparation, inventory organization, and logistics as needed.
    • Provide limited on-site or pre-event support when necessary.
    • Support additional social media and marketing-related administrative tasks as assigned.

What you will NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience creating and publishing social media content for brands or organizations.
  • Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera for social media, product demonstrations, interviews, livestreams, or other branded content.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video, social media trends, and platform-specific content formats.
  • Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
