What You'll Do
Member Experience
  • Welcome every athlete and member with exceptional customer service.
  • Check members in and ensure every visit is a great experience.
  • Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries.
  • Schedule evaluations and introductory workouts.
  • Assist with membership sales and retention.
  • Keep the lobby, front desk, and retail area organized and professional.
  • Build genuine relationships with members and families.
Social Media & Marketing
  • Capture photo and video content during training sessions.
  • Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content.
